At “La Pastaiola” we pride ourselves on being an authentic “pastificio” making fresh pasta from scratch in our kitchen using premium ingredients and following the most traditional Italian recipes.

We use traditional bronze extruding machines, giving the artisanal pasta a rough texture with many pores which help to better absorb the pasta sauce when finishing the dish.
